It’s a twofold song. Environmental and a curious explorer song.
At the time I wrote it, there was a lot of news about Mars and rovers landing on the surface, exploring. When watching the footage, I was amazed at the red surface of Mars, I was really curious… and thought what if we were already from there, trashed it, and moved to Earth eons ago, long before we can recall! Now we are doing the same to Earth, trashing it and now trying to go back to Mars… where it all began. Imagine that. Finding we were there before. The shock of it all!
It’s also not entirely this. It’s explorative. Wow! We are actually sending people to Mars very shortly. When you go back to 1969
with man on the moon, what I time that was and now Mars. How it will unfold? Getting the first footage and footprint of man on Mars
will not be forgotten. It’s monumental. Get on board. Strap yourselves in. We’re goin to Mars.
